MY STORY

From HR Admin to Transformation 

 

HR has always been about people, but too often outdated systems, complex processes, and legacy thinking get in the way of what truly matters: creating an HR function that drives real impact for our people, organisations, and customers.

 

I’ve spent over 25 years in HR, leading transformation on a global scale, working across industries and geographies to rethink how HR delivers value. Before launching my consultancy, I was Global Head of Talent Excellence at Rolls-Royce, where I led award-winning transformation initiatives that reshaped talent strategies, built cross-functional collaboration and delivered measurable business outcomes. But my journey didn’t start there.

 

A Passion for Transformation

 

I’ve always been drawn to solving complex challenges, breaking down barriers, and making the impossible - possible. Starting my career in HR admin, I saw firsthand how HR teams were often buried in complexity, struggling with inefficiencies, and missing opportunities to be true strategic partners to the business. I knew there was a better way.

 

So I set out to change the way HR works not just by implementing new processes or technology, but by shifting mindsets, simplifying the complex, designing solutions around the employee experience and empowering HR teams to become high-impact, future-ready functions.
